Self-Care Challenge - Listen to your Favorite Podcasts
While commuting to and from work, listening to music or podcasts is a great listening distraction to the sounds amongst New York City. There are so many different types of podcasts like there are various genres of music. Although a few podcasts are interesting to listen to, if their voice makes me sleepy or is too annoying to listen to, then I don’t subscribe to that type of energy in my head. lol
Here is a list of Podcasts that I do subscribe to that I can’t wait for them to return back from the holiday break:
Hosted by Nikita Banks, a licensed clinical social worker, where they discuss the unique issues facing people of color.
2 Nigerian co-hosts, Luvvie Ajayi and Yvonne Orji that discuss everything from love and life including Jesus and African versions of the rice dish, Jollof.
Life lessons from some of the biggest entertainers in the world.
Co-Hosts Charlamagne Tha God and Andrew Schulz are the commentators that offer ridiculous but thought provoking content about social issues in the culture.
Discussing everything from Hip Hop, relationships, women, and whatever else they probably shouldn't. Tune in every week, never know who's going to be dropping by the clubhouse.
Co-Hosts Dustin Ross, HeyFranHey & Assante explore where pop culture and zen living meet.
The Read -
Co-Hosts Kid Fury and Crissle throw shade and spill tea with a flippant and humorous attitude, covering hip-hop and pop culture's most trying stars.
Co-Hosts Mandii B & WeezyWTF discuss with an array of guests about their sex lives and craziest kinks.
